Cessna entered the turbo prop market when it introduced the Cessna 441 Conquest ll. It recieved its FAA certified in 1877. In 2007, Cessna limited the air time of the Conquest II to 22,500 hours which is a suggestion for private operators yet mandatory for US air carriers. The Cessna Turbo Prop market is alive and well with the recent certification of their Combi platform.
