Embraer E170
The Embraer Eโ170 is the smallest member of Embraerโs EโJet family, purposeโbuilt as a regional, narrowโbody twinjet that entered service in March 2004. Typically configured with 66 seats in a twoโclass layout or up to 78 in highโdensity format, it offers a spacious cabin, wide overhead bins, and 2โฏ+โฏ2 seating with no middle seats. Powered by two General Electric CF34โ8E turbofan engines (each producing roughly 14,200โฏlbf), the Eโ170 cruises at about Machโฏ0.82 (โโฏ870โฏkm/h) and can fly around 2,100โฏnautical miles (โโฏ3,900โฏkm) in its Advanced Range version. As Embraerโs first EโJet, it helped redefine comfort and efficiency in regional aviation, combining operational flexibility with fullโsize aircraft feel for both passengers and operators.
