Revolent has executed several strategic investments:
- Armstrong Building Maintenance (May 2020): Partnered to expand this 40-year-old, family-run janitorial and maintenance provider.
- RNA Facilities Management (Feb 2021): Invested in this Ann Arbor-based service provider, eventually integrating it into National Facilities Maintenance & Janitorial (NFM&J).
- Executive Building Maintenance (EBM) (May 2021): Supported expansion in the Carolinas and Virginia, marking their fourth transaction in a 16-month span.
As of early 2024, RCS had 24 active investments, spanning industries such as janitorial, engineering, private aviation, real estate, and technology.
In February 2024, Paul Gargagliano was appointed as CFO. A summa cum laude graduate from the University of South Florida, he brings extensive finance experience from both public and private sectors, including prior tenure as Enterprise CFO for The Facilities Group.
